Overview

PenFed Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in the United States, sought a skilled professional to elevate their video content strategy. My role as a Video Editor and Motion Designer was pivotal in producing dynamic visual content that resonated with both internal teams and external audiences. Collaborating closely with clients and producers, I delivered creative and impactful video solutions tailored to the organization’s objectives.

  • In Q2 Paid Social ran 17 campaigns with 68 ads, generating 42M total INSIGHTS impressions with 6M Meta accounts reached.• 835k total clicks +6% QoQ • 1.97% CTR +26% QoQCreative winners for Deposits products Q2:

  • Produced over 100 high-quality video and motion graphic assets, increasing audience engagement across PenFed’s digital platforms.

  • Streamlined the post-production process, reducing turnaround times for video projects by 25%.

  • Elevated the visual quality of PenFed’s internal and external communications, enhancing the organization’s professional image.

  • Improved learning center content with dynamic visuals, contributing to better retention and understanding among users.

  • Video ads focus continues into Q3-Q4 due to image vs video testing in 2022 - 2023 found video to drive higher ROI and +73% increase in CTRYoY vs static images​

Hey there! I’m Lance Bell, a creative swis army knife from Atlanta, Georgia, with a love for the outdoors, fishing.  Fun fact: I spent part of my childhood in San Francisco, which means I can still skateboard and surf like a semi-pro.

I’ve had the privilege of partnering with financial institutions, sports teams, retail, and entertainment brands to craft video's, graphics and motion graphics that turn heads and tell stories.
